Katori Chaat

Crispy katori with a delicious chaat combining varied things and hence presenting you a delicious and Spicy Katori Chaat. Katori and chaat both are edible.

Main Ingredients

1 Cup All Purpose Flour

3 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup

0.25 Cup Coriander Chutne

1 Cup Curd

1 large Tomato

1 large Cucumber

0.25 Cup Boondi Namkeen

Oil for frying

Preparation Steps

Step 1 :

Make a dough using the all purpose flour, besan, semolina, oil, salt and chilli powder and keep aside.

Step 2 :

Now chop all the vegetables and mix it with navaratan namkeen and sprinkle 1 tbsp lemon syrup on it after adding salt and chilli.

Step 3 :

Take a small steel katori, in the meanwhile take a deep pan and put the oil to fry and let it be heated for at least 5 minutes.

Step 4 :

Make a small chapati of the dough and place it on the steel katori and make holes with the help of a fork.

Step 5 :

Put the katori along with the steel katori and fry it until it turns golden in colour. The steel katori will get automatically separated.

Step 6 :

Fry all the katories and let them cool down a bit.

Step 7 :

Sprinkle the lemon syrup and ketchup in katori and fill it with chaat.

Step 8 :

Pour the beaten curd on it, green chutney, tomato ketchup, boondi and pomegranate on it.

Step 9 :

Serve as it is.
